He got the opportunity to pursue his vision of sustainability and innovation in 2018, since then he has been working with a focus to establish a local supply chain of hemp by creating a bridge between hemp farmers and consumer product manufacturers, Research and development starting from seed genetics to consumer products to have a better picture of the market demand and consultancy for sustainability driven organizations across the globe.

Dennis English, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, is a seasoned professional with vast experience in government relations and economic development. He is an adroit negotiator and a savvy political advisors. Both these qualities of his has contributed greatly to the company, English holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Administration .
English is very well equipped with both knowledge and experience, previously he has served with Governor Pat McCrory, he was also a part of the Governor’s 13 member Advisory council. He also gained experience while working in Kenan Institute of Private enterprise and many other well-known organizations like Johnson Controls where his work and wisdom brought drastic benefits.
Gary Sikes, the farming operations manager is a professional in the field of Ornamental Horticulture and Agricultural Engineering technology, Sikes manages farming research and hemp growing operation for The Hempville. He has been working previously with leading landscape architects and as an instructor at South Piedmont community College as well.
Gary has a strong vision to create a sustainable environment and is continually working on his vision. He practices and shares his knowledge of regenerative organic farming practices with farmers in the coop who wish to apply the principles to CBD, grain and fiber production, he also helped forming the BioRegen Cooperative to aid the farmers with new opportunities.
Gary is on the leading edge of hemp fiber industry in NC and he is one of the key members of The Hempville where he has been contributing greatly to make it grow and create a myriad of fiber products to bring opportunities to NC farm families.
